INGREDIENTS
350g dark chocolate
100g shortbread biscuits broken up
300g castor sugar
225g butter melted together
5 eggs
METHOD
Melt chocolate and butter together. Set aside. Beat
eggs and castor sugar until double in size. Fold the 2
mixtures together and then add shortbread biscuits.
Put in pan and bake at 160 for 45min. Decorate with
berries and serve with ice cream
