INGREDIENTS
500 g butter. 1 cup sifted icing sugar. 1 cup sifted cornflour. 3 cups sifted cake flour.
METHOD
Cream butter and icing sugar together . Then add the cornflour and mix well then add the flour and mix to a soft dough. Use biscuit cutters a cut biscuits use diff. Decorations for the top of the biscuits eg. Hundreds and thousands,cherries red and green and chocolate vermicelli then bake for 20 minutes till pale in colour oven temp 180 deg.
INFO & TIPS
U can also use pecan nuts / custard powder or even make like finger size and once baked dip both ends with baking chocolate
