INGREDIENTS
1 cup self raising flour.
1 cup ytastee wheat or semolina.
1 cup desicated coconut.
1 and half cup sugar.
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder.
Roasted thill (sesame seeds). Coloured almonds.
250 g margarine.
2 cups milk
METHOD
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients together. Boil milk and margarine together once boiled add to dry ingredients. Mix well then pour into greased baking tray sprinkle thill (sesame seeds) and coloured almonds on the top. Bake for 30 minutes on 180' deg in a preheated oven. Once baked cut and serve when cold
