1 cup self raising flour.
1 cup ytastee wheat or semolina.
1 cup desicated coconut.
1 and half cup sugar.
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder.
Roasted thill (sesame seeds). Coloured almonds.
250 g margarine.
2 cups milk
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients
together. Boil milk and margarine together once
boiled add to dry
. Mix well
then pour into greased bakiing tray sprinkle thill (sesame seeds)
and coloured almonds on the
top. Bake for 30 minutues on 180\\\' deg
in a preheated oven. Once baked cut
and serve when cold
