1 onion(finely chopped) fry in butter till
golden brown. add cubed chicken,salt, black
pepper,white pepper,lemon pepper,garlic and
pasley (I use the robertsons type) braise for
like 15 minutes. once braised add chopped
mushrooms and 1 tub fresh cream,cook for 15
minutes. stir every now and then to prevent
burning. serve with fluffy white rice.
