Pistachio Kulfi Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
1l long life milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 big tin nestle cream
2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
1 cup slivered pistachio for sprinkling on top

METHOD

Method
1.Beat milk cream condensed milk and Elachi (cardomom)
2.Pour into ice cream container and freeze
3.When it freezes around edges, take out from freezer
and beat smooth. Repeat this twice
4.Cut into blocks, pack into tupperwares and freeze till
needed
5.Sprinkle pistachios when serving
