INGREDIENTS
2cups Yoghurt (not too sour)
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
handful mint
½ cucumber grated (all water squeezed out)
salt to taste
few sprigs spring onion (optional)
METHOD
Place the mint into a processor with some water or
yoghurt and make into a paste.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Garnish with mint leaves and some black pepper or
cayenne pepper
