INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1 can rinsed chickpeas
2 - 3 chillies
2 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 - 3 tablespoon water
Olive oil to drizzle
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into a blender until smooth, may
have to add more water till your desired texture. Once
hummus in a bowl, drizzle with good quality olive oil.
Serve with pita bread.
