INGREDIENTS
carrot:2 medium size
milk powder :4heaped spoons
sugar : 4 spoons
egg: 4
cashew nuts:as required
ghee (Clarified butter):3 tbspoon
METHOD
grate carrot well.
keep a pan in stove and put the grated carrot.
add milk powder and mix it well.
when it smells sweet cooked stop cooking.
keep it aside.
take a bowl and break the eggs in it.
add sugar and blend well.
add the half cooked carrot-milkpowder mix and nuts.
blend well
in a well shaped cooking vessel pour the ghee (Clarified butter) and
add the mixture.
cook about 20 minutes and put it vice versa to cook the
top..
cut and serve....
