INGREDIENTS
1 tin Koo Baked Beans1 med Onion grated1 tomato liquidized /grated1 Green ChilliDhunia
METHOD
Braise onions in a little olive oil with cumin and mustard seeds till pink, Add ½ teaspoon ground garlic , add chilli powder and salt to taste , a pinch of turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon ground coriander and cumin braise in onion add liquidized /grated tomato .braise well must resemble a tomato bredie consistency ,thereafter add the tin baked beans and braise properly without scorching ,add ½ cup boiling water, bring to boil and later lower heat to simmer a few seconds Switch off! Garnish with chopped spring onions and Dhunia coriander leaves
enjoy with home-made fresh rotis (indian hand-made bread)This is an old family favourite carrying on for generations
