INGREDIENTS
2 x Kilo queen prawns, headless and deveined
500 gram butter
1 x bottle steers peri peri sauce
1 x bottle steers garlic sauce
fine red chillies
lemon juice
METHOD
Wash prawns and place in an oven dish
Sprinkle fine red chillies over prawns
Drizzle lemon juice over prawns
Pour about ½ to ¾ bottle steers peri peri
and ½ to ¾ steers garlic sauce over prawns
Mix well
Add dollops of butter all over
Bake on 180 degrees until done
Change to grill for 5 minutes to brown but still saucy
Serve with dhania (coriander) rice, french fries or green salad
Absolutely divine, a family favourite!!!
