Bar One Choc Mouse

INGREDIENTS

4 Bar one Chocolates, Chopped
100ml Milk
15ml cocoa
150g marshmallows

METHOD

Microwave three and half Bar One chocolates and
the milk together on full power for 1 minutes. Stir
until smooth and melted through.
Add the cocoa and stir well.
Add the marshmallows and microwave again for
another minute till the marshmallows have puffed
up.
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Place in the fridge to set.
Slice the remaining Bar One into thin slices and
use for garnish.
