INGREDIENTS
1 packet Tennis biscuits, crushed (as fine/course as u like) 100grams. Butter, melted 3 medium bananas1 tin Caramel1 box Orley whip, whipped 2 flakes or choc curls
METHOD
Mix together biscuit & butter then press into serving bowl. Put in fridge to set.
Now put whole unpeeled bananas into boiled or hot water till skin turns blackish - it prevents bananas browning. Take out and let cool then peel & slice. Place in a layer on top of biscuit base.
Smooth caramel with a spoon then add ¼ of the orley whip to it. Now spread evenly over bananas.
Spread over rest of cream then sprinkle with flake or choc curls. Put in fridge till ready to serve.(Overnight if u want biscuit to soften a bit)
