1 packet Tennis biscuits, crushed (as fine/course
as u like)
100grams. Butter, melted
3 medium bananas
1 tin Caramel
1 box Orley whip, whipped
2 flakes or choc curls
Mix together biscuit & butter then press into
serving bowl. Put in fridge to set.
Now put whole unpeeled bananas into boiled or hot
water till skin turns blackish - it prevents
bananas browning. Take out and let cool then peel &
slice. Place in a layer ontop of bicuit base.
Smooth caramel with a spoon then add ¼ of the
orley whip to it. Now spread evenly over bananas.
Spread over rest of cream then sprinkle with flake
or choc curls. Put in fridge till ready to serve.
(Overnight if u want biscuit to soften a bit)
