INGREDIENTS
2 Tins Creamed Style Sweet Corn
1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup normal cake flour,
with 2 teaspoons baking powder)
4 Eggs
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together. Grease a large pyrex
dish and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until
skewer comes out clean. Serve either hot or cold with
red chutney.
