INGREDIENTS
420g tin baked beans
420g tin red kidney beans
420g tin green beans
420g tin chickpeas- opt
1 sliced onion
1 green pepper- cubed
Dressing:
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup oil
¼ cup sugar
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Drain the beans well. Add the rest of the veg.
Liquidise all the ingredients for the dressing and add to
the salad.
Serve chilled.
