4 potatoes washed 1 can butter beans in tomato sauce 1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes grated 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Pinch haldi Salt to taste dhania (coriander) for garnish
Butter and salt for potatoes
In a pot add some oil and onions and sauté until lightly golden add the tomatoes and all the spices and allow this to cook on low until tomato water dried out , add the butter beans with ½ cup water and allow this to cook . Burn out most of the water .
Take each potatoe cut out the top part , turn potatoe the other side start making slits around the whole potatoe . Place the potatoes in a bowl cover with cling wrap and place in micro wave for 2 minutes . Remove with clingwrap , place each potatoe in foil and bake in the oven for 30minutes or more . Before serving remove foil add butter and salt . Top with butter beans and dhania (coriander) .
