INGREDIENTS
2 cups chicken fillet
1 onion– grated
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup canned spaghetti with sauce
Or boil spaghetti & add tomatoe sauce
1 quantity puff pastry
1 cup potatoes mashed
METHOD
Fry onion in ghee (Clarified butter), add chilli garlic paste, add the spices
and chicken & cook until tender.
Add spaghetti & leave to cool.
Roll out pastry & cut in to small rounds.
Place in patty pan tray. Put filling over pastry & pipe
mash over.
Sprinkle with parsley & bake
