INGREDIENTS
3 long sweet potatoes
1butternut
1large red onion
1green pepper
1red pepper
Carrots
Marrow
2 tablespoon olive oil
Piece butter
2 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon fine red chillie
1 teaspoon coarse red chillie1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon fine salt
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Cup mayo
2 tablespoon fresh cream
METHOD
Simmer above ingredients in saucepan except mayo
and fresh cream
Cut veggies in chunks
Coat veggies in ingredients
Place in pan cover in foil
Cook on 180\\\\\\\' for 1-1 ½ hours
Lastly drizzle mayo and fresh cream over veggies
abd grill in oven for 15 minutes without foil
