2 Bunches Spinach
1 kg cubed chicken fillet
1 grated onion
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Green masala (as required)
Braise onion and cook chicken fillet with
above spices. Steam spinach separately then
add to chicken.
Beat the following and add to the above.
Cook till it thickens.
½ cup milk
¼ cup flour
250 ml fresh cream
½ teaspoon nutmeg
When cooled, add feta cheese and cheddar
