INGREDIENTS
CROISSANTS:
5oog Butter. --- ◄◄► Use 50g Butter for Dough. 5 c flour.
125g Castor sugar.
2 eggs
2.5g (½ packet) inst yeast.
2-3 cups warm milk
1 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Sift flour add castor sug ,Butter Yeast Rub in like Breadcrumbs add eggs and then milk little at A time mixing everything together and make a soft dough with 2-3 cups warm milk. Add oil and form into nice soft dough .dough must b wettish in texture. Refrigerate fore 15 minutes , Remove Sprinkle Flour over and roll into Big square . Divide. Remainder into 3 equal portions roll butter into flour and grate 1 pc Butter onto Dough, sprinkle flour over grated Butter and fold , Roll dough 2 more times , using butter , flour and folding as above, same as folding Pastry . And roll for the fourth and final time . Refridgerate or Freeze until neded . cut into triangles and roll from board side us and shape as croissants /T- ring , Brush oil over and Bake @ 180•C Decorate with Glassed Icing over and Garnish flaked Almond or as desired
