INGREDIENTS
125g margerine 1 ½ cups flour1 cup sugar3 eggs 4 teaspoon baking powder8 teaspoon cocoa powder½ cup milk1 tin caramel treat
METHOD
Beat all ingredients except caramel treat Together. until light and fluffy.Beat caramel treat in separate bowl and Leave aside.Fill cup halfway with batter, then spoon a 1 teaspoon full of caramel treat, then lastly fill The rest of the cup with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Or until golden brown. While they are still hot, spread a very thin Layer of treat on the top, then allow to Cool.When cool, pipe fresh cream on the top and Decorate with ½ a rolo on the top.Enjoy......
