INGREDIENTS
2 cups cake flour
10ml mustard powder
20ml baking powder
2ml milled black pepper
1 cup milk
2 eggs
30ml butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
40ml poppyseeds
5ml celery salt
METHOD
Preheat oven 200*C. Sift flour, mustard powder &
baking power together. Rub in the butter. Add salt,
poppyseeds, pepper & cheese.
Beat eggs & milk together & add to mixture.
Mix lightlly. Pour into greased muffin pan (2/3 full).
Bake 20 minutes or till done. Makes 1doz large muffins.
