Vanilla Ice Cream

(Serves 8)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 395g
400 mL cream
400 mL milk
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
How to make

1. In a large bowl beat the HIGHLANDER
Sweetened Condensed Milk, cream, milk,
brown sugar and vanilla essence.  Pour
mixture into ice cream trays and place
in the freezer.
2. Remove from freezer just before
frozen and beat the mixture again,
return to freezer.
Preparation time:
20 minutes plus overnight freezing
time
