INGREDIENTS
                      Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 4)
2 cups water
2 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
250 g skinless chicken breast fillet, 
thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
310 g canned whole kernel corn, 
drained
130 g creamed corn
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 can Light & Creamy Coconut Flavoured 
Evaporated Milk, 375mL
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornflour
4 spring onions, sliced
1 egg, beaten
How to make
1. Bring combined water and M Chicken 
Stock Powder to the boil, add chicken 
and simmer for 1 minute.
2. Add mushrooms, corn, ginger and 
combined Light & Creamy Coconut 
Flavoured Evaporated Milk, soy sauce 
and cornflour.  Heat thoroughly for 
approximately 5 minutes taking care 
not to boil.
3. Stir in spring onions, turn off 
heat, gradually stir in egg.  Serve 
garnished with sliced spring onions if 
desired.
