INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup butter
3/4c castor sugar
1egg
2 tablespoon cocoa
1/4c flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4c buttermilk
Few drops red colouring
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Frosting
1/4c butter
2 Cup icing sugar
125g cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD
Beat butter and sugar
Add egg
Add wet ingredients incl colouring
Add dry ingredients
Bake at 180 for 40 minutes
Frosting
Beat butter and cream cheese
Add icing sugar 1/4c at a time
Add milk and essence
Once cake is baked and cooled, put in a big dish and
crumble
Once crumbled add enough frosting to the
crumbled cake, so that the cake is wet enough to
make balls but not sticky.
Form balls and leave in fridge to harden abit
Once hardened decorate as u feel
If u dipping in choc, melt alitl choc at a time so that
the choc wont get hard, and rewarming could burn
the choc
