Fresh Cream-cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS

225g cream cheese
1 Cup icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/4c heavy cream, whipped until soft peaks form

METHOD

Beat ingredients except cream until smooth and
creamy
Fold in whipped cream.

INFO & TIPS

For better piping results, leave in fridge for a few
hours.
