Eggless Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup castor sugar
4 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup water
1/3 Cup oil
2 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

Sift dry ingredients
Lightly mix wet ingredients
Combine the two
Bake at 180 for 25-35mins
