INGREDIENTS

Apples sliced
Cinnamon
sugar
Butter
Custard

METHOD

Butter and ovenproof dish
Lay apples, drizzle with cinnamon and sugar
Turn apples over drizzle again with cinnamon and
sugar
Dollop with very small pieces of butter
Bake at 180 till golden brown
Surf hot with custard
