INGREDIENTS
1 x 200 g MOIR’S Tea Lovers Biscuits
90 g white chocolate, melted
1 x 150 g packet MOIR’S Mousse – white
chocolate fl avour
1 x 425 g can pitted black cherries –
drained, but retain the syrup
MOIR’S Maraschino Cherries
METHOD
Dip 2 opposite sides of each of the
biscuits in the melted chocolate and
stick chocolate sides together
standing them upright on a serving
plate to form a “box”. Refrigerate for
10 minutes to set. Spread the
remaining chocolate out on a piece of
baking paper and refrigerate.
Use a knife and scrape chocolate away
from yourself to make chocolate
shavings. Make the retained cherry
syrup up to 250 ml with milk. Pour
into a mixing bowl. Add the contents
of the mousse packet and beat for 2
minutes until thick. Fold in the
cherries. Spoon into the “boxes”. Top
with a maraschino cherry and chocolate
shavings.
Notes: Use canned strawberries,
blueberries or gooseberries instead of
cherries.
