INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken
soya sauce

black pepper

Half Red and green pepper

Sauce
4 tblespoon mayonnaise
2 tblespoon mustard sauce
4 tblspoon ketchup
3 tblespoon Maggie garlic sauce
1 tblespoon nandi peri peri
2 tblespoon peri peri steers sauce
Mix all the sauces
METHOD
Cubed the chicken and put 2 teaspoon of garlic and
lemon Soya sauce, darliu Jeeru (Cumin) black pepper,
ajinomotu, salt 1 teaspoon chilli and tandoori powder.
Let it marinate for an hour then put oil and cook the
mixture. After it is cooked and there is a little bit of
water left put half salami and half spoon Jeeru (Cumin) and let
it cook for 5 minutues.

sauce.
