INGREDIENTS
                      1 tablespoon red masala
4 green chillies
¼ teaspoon dhana
¼ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
¼ cup  water
                    
METHOD
                      Grind all the above ingredients except ghee (Clarified butter) and 
water
Make deep slits in chicken and rub marinade all over
Put ghee (Clarified butter) in pot with chicken laying on one side
Add ¼ cup water chicken mustn\'t burn
Leave chicken on one side for 20-30 minutes\'s before 
turing on other side, 
Keep adding water add let cook for 20-30 minutes on 
other side also
