1 cauliflower cut into slices..
1 potato thinly sliced into small
Teaspoon Whole Jeeroo..
Crushed red chillies..
Pinch of arad (Turmeric)..
Salt to taste..
Green chilli thinly sliced..
ghee (Clarified butter) and oil..
dhania (coriander), red chillie and julienned ginger
Put ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a fry pan.. Add
little whole jeeroo, crushed chillies,
salt and arad (Turmeric).. Then add potatoes and
stirfry till its fried and browned..
Set aside. Do the same for the
cauliflower.. After they're fried put
in pot and Fry the chillies and curry
leaves and add over it. Drizzle some
ghee (Clarified butter)/oil frm the frying pan over it
and garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and
fresh chopped red chillies and ginger
