INGREDIENTS
Base:3 cups flour, 125 g butter, 1 teaspoon fine salt, 4 teaspoon baking powder, 2 eggs, ¼ cup milk
Filling:1 cup cubed chicken,2 potatoes cubed small, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 cup mixed veg, salt & pepper, chillie and garlic to taste
Topping:1 egg mixed with ½ cup fresh cream, Mozarella and gouda/cheddar cheese grated
METHOD
Base:Rub butter into flour with fingertips, add salt and baking powder. Add eggs and milk to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 2 and place in greased pyrex. Bake in preheated oven on 180•C for 10 minutes.
Filling:Cook as desired and add chopped dhania (coriander) wen cooled.
Layer filling over base, pour topping over filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven. When done slice into fingers and serve.
