Chips sprinkle
Colander

METHOD

Fry chips as usual, do not use
draining paper, use a colander
instead, whilst they are hot, sprinkle
generously the mochachos chips spice
(the chips spice should be powdery and
light orange in resemblance to detect
original spice)
