1 ½ cups (210 grams) flour ½ cup (60 grams) corn flour ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ cup (30 grams) icing sugar 1 cup (227 grams) butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium sized bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch and salt. Set aside. In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and beat until incorporated Preheat oven to 180 deg Cup and place rack in center of oven. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or just use spray and cook. Pipe out biscuits or roll into balls. Bake for 10- 22 minutes. When cool dip into chocolate or roll into icing sugar.
