INGREDIENTS
2 packets jelly (Use same sort of jelly and yoghurt, I.e. strawberry)
125 ml boiled water
1 tin condensed milk
500 ml yogurt
250 ml fresh cream (whipped)
1 packet tennis biscuits
butter
METHOD
Mix jelly with boiled water.
Mix the condensed milk and yogurt into the jelly mixture, and fold in whipped cream.
Crush the tennis biscuits with butter, in a mixer or by hand.
Pour mixture over tennis biscuit base and chill in fridge.
