INGREDIENTS
100 g margarine. 500 g self raising flour ( keep ⅓ cup for rolling and kneading). 1 small yogi sip ( box )
METHOD
Rub the margarine into the self raising flour so that it resembles fine bread crumbs. Then add the yogi sip and mix to a soft dough. Knead the dough onto a floured surface properly. The roll dough big and using a donut cutter cut out and fry in medium oil till golden brown remove from oil and in the meantime make cinnamin sugar. By taking some caster sugar and little cinnamon powder and mix together (cinnamon sugar) then roll the donuts in sugar and enjoy
INFO & TIPS
If u don't have a donut cutter u can use a tumbler to cut and a cap for the coke bottle for the centre
