Avo Custard

INGREDIENTS

2 med sized avos
Small tin nestle cream
Golden syrup and sugar to taste
Milk to thin
Liquidize all above and set aside.

METHOD

Pour 550ml milk in a pot
add abt 3 and half tablespoon custard powder
sugar to taste.
Whisk until starts boiling and thickens.
Mix avo and custard mixture well.Refrigerate
Sprinkle white choc curls and serve
