INGREDIENTS
2×250 ml fresh cream
Nutella to taste +/- 5 heap tablespoon
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 flakes
Berries of choice, extra flake and white choc to decorate
METHOD
Place fresh cream in mixing bowl.
Add nutella and cocoa and mix.
Beat until stiff.
Mix in broken flake and spoon into bowls of choice.
Allow to set in fridge for ½ hour.
Decorate with berrie, drizzle white choc over and
sprinkle with extra flake.
Refrigerate overnight or can be made in the morning
for the evening.

INFO & TIPS
For a difference: if using Sliced strawberries, place
length wise slices around the inside of a large stemed
bowl, drizzle white or dark chocolate over inside of
bowl then spoon mousse in. Allow to set then
decorate top of dessert with extra strawberries, choc
etc..
