BEAT TOGETHER TILL CREAMY: 6 large eggs seperated Beat egg whites stiff add ½ cup caster sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to yolks beat in egg whites mixture SIFT 3 x: ¼ cup flour. ¼ cup maziena. ¼ cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder. Fold flour mixture into creamy egg mixture. Pour into greased and lined swissroll pan. Bake in preheated oven on 180 for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove frm oven and loosen edges and turn over onto kitchn towel, remove wax and roll up. Wen cool, unroll swiss and spread fresh cream/jam/caramel treat/ganach
