INGREDIENTS
1 large fish
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
4 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoon yoghurt
2 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Wash fish
Slash fish diagonally 3 times on both
sides
Mix ingred and marinate fish for 3 hours
Wrap in foil and bake in 200 deg oven
for 30 minutes
Or braai (bbq) over coals
