Meali Meal Roti

INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour
¼ cup mealie meal
salt
1 cup boiled water - add 2 tablespoon milk
ghee (Clarified butter)

METHOD

Mix all ingredient together to form a soft dough,
roll into one big roti,
smear ghee (Clarified butter) ,
sprinkle flour,
roll into swill roll
make small balls....
