Chocolate Ghas

RECIPE

1 heaped teaspoon ghas powder(china grass)
½ cup water
Boil the above
Warm a litre of milk + ghas mixture
Add 1 tin condensed milk,2 tablespoon cocoa powder,1 teaspoon Nescafe(mix coffee and a little water before adding so it doesnt make lumps)

Bring mixture to a boil
allow to cool slightly.
Add 1 small tin nestle cream.Beat till frothy.Pour in individual dishes or in a big bowl and leave to set in the fridge.You can sprinkle white chocolate shavings over the top to garnish...send me some when it is ready :)this is my sister recipe.I slightly changed by making 2 batches one recipe was chocolate and the other I omitted the cocoa and coffee and made plain.
