I love trying out different recipes and surprising my family. I especially like variations in old recipes and trying new spices....
1 can tomato and onion mix
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon gr. garlic
Half cup tomato sauce
Half cup chilli sauce
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Place all ingredients into a heavy based saucepan. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Then lower heat and simmer until thick. Note: Keep stirring every few minutes to prevent the sauce from burning.
If you don't like your sauce to be chunky, then liquidise the tomato and onion mix until smooth and then cook.
