1 kg chicken fillet cubed1 onion slicedWhole Jeeru (Cumin) 3 to 4 tomatoes 1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon chillie powder½ teaspoon huldi¼ teaspoon garam masala 2 naan
Basic salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, pepper)Mayonnaise
METHOD
Braise onion in oil, when golden brown add chicken with ginger garlic, leave to cook when water is drying add tomato with spices and allow to cook on low till tomaoe is done, add your salad and mayo to chicken just before serving must be nice and saucy but not runny. Cut naan in half toast both sides of naan with butter on frying pan when done add your chicken and salad filling
