RECIPE
1 kg chicken mince (well drained)1 onion grated (squeeze out water)2 slices bread (crusts removed, moistened)Handful dhania (coriander) (chopped)1 ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper1 1⁄2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon garlic paste2 teaspoon ground green chillies (or to taste)1 egg (beaten)
METHOD:1. Wash mince, squeeze out water, add bread to mince and all the spices, chillies, garlic, greens and egg to bind.2. Form lollies onto skewers with greased hands.3. Leave to rest in freezer till firm.4. Bake on greased oven tray at 180degC till cooked through and golden on either side.5. Serve with lemon.
