INGREDIENTS
1 kg fillet or 1 chicken1 teaspoon crushed chilli1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1 full teaspoon crushed fresh garlic1 teaspoon white pepperMarinate in above spices and cook in ghee (Clarified butter) till done...I almost always add more spice so please use your own discretionPour following sauce over and simmer.Keep saucy and garnish with dhania (coriander) before servingSauce3 tablespoon Mayonnaise3 tablespoon nandos prego sauce3 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon peri-peri sauceAbout 2 teaspoon butterBoil and pour over chicken.
METHOD
Serve with salad and baked potatos enjoy
