INGREDIENTS
2 cups self raising flour.
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).
1 level teaspoon Baking Powder.
1 level teaspoon salt.
1 egg.
1 small tin cream.
2 tablespoon sourmilk.
METHOD
~Mix all ingredients 2 make soft dough. ~Divide dough into smll balls, roll out. ~Spread mayo mixed with green chutny on to one roti. ~Put filling of choice. Cover with another roti. Seal well. ~Fry on tawa as with rotis.
