Choc Chip Cookies American Style

RECIPE

250g butter softened
1 and half cups brown sugar
Beat the above
Add 2 large eggs 1 at a time,beat well after each addition
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
In a another bowl combine
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bicarb
2 cups flour
¼ cup maziena
Add to butter mix in 3 separate additions beating well after each 1. Fold in 3 cups choc chips and 1 cup pecan nuts chopped.

Drop a teaspoon full on a greased baking sheet . Bake at 180 for ten to 12 minutes. Allow to cool and crisp
