Bindi...onions thinly slices
Green and red masala
Ground dhania (coriander)

METHOD
Spinach..wash and chop spinach...heat oil add mustard seeds curry leaves than add spinach chopped tomato and chopped onions and all masala.cook on low heat add quartered potato.cook till done enjoy...
Bindi....was and cut..fry in little oil to remove stickyness.drain in colander.mke vagaar oil green chillies and onion golden brown add tomato and masala cook little add fried bindi...cook lastly add about 2tlb yoghurt enjoy.......
