INGREDIENTS
1kg mutton cleaned and washed
1 tablespoon Green masala
1 tablespoon Red ginger garlic masala
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon Pepper
3 Potatoes cut into half
3 Tomatoes liquidized
Handful Pasta
1 tin Beans (bake beans / butter beans / sugar beans)
1 Packet knor soup of your choice
Dumplings:
3 cups flour
6 teaspoon baking powder
¼ lb butter
Salt
Pepper
Spice (optional)
1 and ½ cup water and milk
Make a soft dough and put balls of dough in curry
METHOD
Cook mutton with spices until mutton is soft. Add tomatoes and potato cook further until tomatoes are cooked through add pasta and beans then enough water and packet soup to thicken, boil and add dumplings
